Please read the following “Terms & Conditions” carefully. These Terms & Conditions apply to all such information concerning investment funds as may be supplied by IAM SA and/or GAM Investment Management (Switzerland) Ltd in electronic form. Such information concerning investment funds supplied by IAM SA and/or GAM Investment Management (Switzerland) Ltd in electronic form includes any electronic information tool (each one separately or together: the “Sites”), including its components, functions and information contained in or generated out of the Sites (each one separately or together: the “Elements”) provided by IAM SA and/or GAM Investment Management (Switzerland) Ltd.

By accessing any of the Sites or any of their Elements you signify your understanding of and agreement with the following Terms & Conditions and legal information pertaining to the Sites and their Elements. If you do not agree with the following Terms & Conditions, please refrain from accessing in any way any of the Sites and their Elements. The access and use of the Sites and their Elements as well as the following Terms & Conditions and legal information are governed exclusively by the laws of Switzerland. Exclusive Place of Jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland. The Terms & Conditions for access and use of the Sites and/or their Elements are subject to change without notice.

The Sites are directed only at legal and natural persons seated or domiciled in countries in which the IAM SA and/or GAM Investment Management (Switzerland) Ltd investment funds or its respective sub-funds or share classes are duly registered or approved for public distribution, offering or sale according to the applicable local laws.

THE INFORMATION AND SERVICES PROVIDED ON THE SITES ARE NOT INTENDED FOR DISTRIBUTION TO, OR USE BY, ANY PERSON OR ENTITY IN ANY JURISDICTION OR COUNTRY WHERE SUCH DISTRIBUTION OR USE WOULD BE CONTRARY TO LOCAL LAW OR REGULATION OR WHICH WOULD SUBJECT ANY ENTITIES OF IAM SA AND/OR THE JULIUS BAER GROUP TO ANY REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT WITHIN SUCH JURISDICTION OR COUNTRY. The IAM-GAM Investment Management (Switzerland) Ltd investment funds have particularly NOT been registered for public distribution, offering or sale in the United States according to the U.S. Investment Company Act of 1940 or according to the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, nor in the United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, Hong Kong or Israel according to their respective laws. THEREFORE IT IS CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD THAT THE SITES ARE NOT DIRECTED AT CORPORATIONS OR INDIVIDUALS THAT HAVE THEIR DOMICILE OR RESIDENCE WITHIN THE AFOREMENTIONED COUNTRIES, ITS TERRITORIES OR DEPENDENCIES OR THAT ARE SUBJECT TO THOSE COUNTRIES’ JURISDICTION DUE TO CITIZENSHIP OR SIMILAR STATUSES.

Investment Risks
