IAM Cycling
The Tour of Qatar will take place from Sunday February 3rd to Friday 8th 2013.
While giving his line-up for the race, Serge Beucherie, IAM Cycling Sport Manager shares his analysis:
“We are lining up our “classics” riders on this race with Heinrich Haussler as a leader. The Tour of Qatar’s routes have very little relief and it is going to be very windy, probably a lot of “bordures” and sprint finishes.
The race will allow them to make their mark but also the final adjustments before the Flanders classics, which are a main goal for IAM Cycling. I think only Jonathan Fumeaux will suffer a lot on this race but he will learn his craft and will have the opportunity to take his revenge on the sprinters in the Tour of Oman, two days later.”
